How does policy attestation work?

When a policy is published or updated, all employees in the relevant scope receive a notification to read and attest (digitally confirm) they have read and understood the policy. The system tracks who has and hasn't attested, and sends reminders. Non-completion is escalated to managers.

How is the risk heat map generated?

Each risk is scored on likelihood (1-5) and impact (1-5). The heat map plots risks on a 5×5 grid. High likelihood × high impact risks appear in the red zone and require immediate mitigation. The map updates in real time as risk owners update scores.

How are controls tested?
