The platform is designed to support and empower developers as well as non-technical users, including entrepreneurs, collaborators, and visitors to create, share, and deploy web applications using natural-language inputs (“User,” “you,” or “your”).
This Refund Policy (“Policy”) explains your rights and our practices regarding refunds for purchases made on ProjectCode. It applies to all transactions for subscriptions, add-ons, one-time purchases, and any other paid features or services offered on the platform.
By purchasing or subscribing to any paid Services, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.
Scope and General Principles

- This Policy applies to all subscription plans, usage-based services, add-ons, premium features, AI credits, deployment services, storage services, and other paid offerings made available through ProjectCode.
- Refunds shall not be granted where there is evidence of fraud, abuse of the Services, violation of the Terms of Service, unauthorised account sharing, excessive refund requests, payment disputes made in bad faith, or other manipulative conduct.
- Nothing in this Policy limits any rights that users may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights relating to services that are materially defective, unavailable, or not provided as described.
- Refund requests must be submitted within the applicable period specified in this Policy.
- Where a refund is approved, the Company may suspend, revoke, or terminate access to the relevant Services, subscription, credits, features, workspaces, or associated benefits.
Refund Eligibility
Subject to applicable law, a user may request a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the initial purchase of a paid subscription if:
- the subscription was purchased directly from ProjectCode;

AI Credits and Usage-Based Services: AI credits, compute credits, deployment credits, usage-based charges, API usage charges, storage fees, and similar consumption-based purchases are non-refundable once allocated, consumed, activated, or made available for use.
Enterprise and Custom Plans: Enterprise plans, custom contracts, volume commitments, implementation services, consulting services, migration services, and bespoke commercial arrangements shall be governed by the applicable commercial agreement and may not be refundable except as expressly stated therein.
Technical Issues and Service Defects
If a user experiences a material technical issue, platform malfunction, prolonged service outage, or defect that substantially prevents access to or use of the Services as described, the user should promptly contact the Company’s support team.
The user must provide reasonable details regarding the issue, including screenshots, error logs, workspace information, transaction details, or other supporting information requested by the Company.
Where the Company determines that a material defect attributable to ProjectCode has substantially impaired the purchased Services and cannot be reasonably resolved within an appropriate timeframe, the Company may, at its discretion:
- provide technical remediation;
- extend the subscription period;
- provide service credits; or
- issue a partial or full refund, as appropriate.
