How does plan-based feature flagging work?

Feature flags are evaluated at runtime against the workspace's current plan. If a workspace is on Starter plan, Pro-only features return a 403 or render an upgrade prompt. No code changes are needed to restrict a feature - just configure the flag.

How does usage-based billing work?

For usage-based plans (e.g., per API call or per seat), the system reports metered usage to Stripe at the end of each billing period via the Stripe Billing meters API. Stripe invoices the workspace for actual usage.

How are API keys managed?

Workspace admins create named API keys with configurable scopes and expiry dates. Keys are shown once at creation (the hash is stored). Admins can revoke keys at any time and see last-used timestamps for security monitoring.
