How does QR check-in work?

Each ticket has a unique QR code. Boarding staff scan the QR with the conductor app, validating the ticket and marking the passenger as boarded. Already-scanned QR codes are rejected.

How does dynamic pricing work?

When seat occupancy crosses configured thresholds (e.g. 70%, 85%, 95%), the price for remaining seats increases by the configured increment automatically. The current price is always shown before booking.

How does the agent portal work?

Travel agents book tickets for customers through the agent portal. Bookings are debited from their credit balance. Agents top up via bank transfer. Monthly commission statements are generated for net bookings.
